Congressman Edward Markey , D-MA

This is a short speech given by Representative Edward Markey on the importance of raising awareness about the ethical implications of technology and calls for a set of "rules and regulations governing the proper and fair use of information collected about people" so that the people abusing technology can be held accountable for their crimes.
